Combined Benefits Administrators is a benefits and health insurance firm for employers. We are a licensed broker and administrator, not an insurer: the carriers provide the coverage, and we design the program, place it, and run the administration on the employer's behalf. We are licensed nationwide.
Our story
Why we built CBA the way we did
CBA was founded with one primary goal: to create an exceptional employee benefits experience. We partner with employers to design strategic plans, implement cost-saving solutions, benchmark contribution strategies, and deploy the right enrollment technology to engage top talent.
We believe benefits should be easy to understand and even easier to use when it matters most. By building sustainable, long-term strategies, we help you take control of your claims and deliver a stable, competitive benefits package your team can be proud of.
We also run the administration in-house, instead of placing a plan and stepping back. Most employers experience benefits as a once-a-year scramble, a stressful enrollment window followed by silence, while problems quietly pile up underneath. We built the opposite of that. When one team owns the strategy, the administration, the compliance, and the employee support, there is no seam for things to fall through and no one to hand the difficult parts to.
We are building CBA to be a generational company, the kind of firm an employer can rely on for the long term, not a book of business to be traded. That long view shapes how we hire, how we serve, and the standard we hold ourselves to every day of the plan year.
