Would you like to stop dreading open enrollment? CBA, Inc. runs open enrollment for your company. We will handle scheduling, implementation, scope, timeline, etc. At the end of the day, we have drastically changed the package of benefits offered to employees, at no extra cost to the employer. CBA, Inc. works for our clients, not the insurance carriers.
What do you receive from CBA, Inc.?
CBA, Inc. will serve as the facilitator to coordinate and streamline the administration of the Voluntary Benefits Program. We will oversee and orchestrate the entire enrollment process, including employee meetings, education and communication, and most importantly ongoing service to the employer.
The following distinguishes us from other companies providing voluntary insurance products:
- We will assign an Account Manager to the plan. It is his/her responsibility to ensure the integrity of the services provided.
- We will assist the employer in designing a voluntary benefits program that will compliment the existing benefits program.
- We will "shop" the market within our portfolio of carriers for the best product and price.
- We will work with the Human Resources staff to schedule and conduct enrollment meetings which can consist of face to face, group meetings, and/or call centering.
- We will manage the paper work associated with enrollments, i.e. reviewing applications for accuracy, submitting forms to the various carriers, providing appropriate information for payroll deductions, etc.
- We will assist in designing a billing program that will meet the needs of the payroll department.
We offer three options:
- CBA, Inc. will work with our client to set up the billing process with
each carrier
- CBA, Inc will set up the billing with each carrier, prepare the bill for the client and remit payment to each carrier. This process is then turned over to the client after 3 months.
- CBA, Inc. will prepare one bill for the client. The client remits one payment to CBA, Inc.; then CBA, Inc. remits payments to the carriers.
- We will answer any questions covered employees may have about their coverage
- We will review claim submissions for accuracy and completeness of forms and file with the appropriate carrier. We follow up with the carrier to ensure prompt and accurate payment of benefits, research and resolve any issues an insured may have with their claim payment.
- We will assist with renewal negotiations.
